Vermont Ski Demo Days
Nevado is based in Conway New Hampshire, just a state away! We run a number of events in neighboring Vermont each season. Check the list below to see if there is an event upcoming near you. Our events start at 10am – be sure to bring a license with you, and be ready for a great day on the snow.
Jay Peak // Nevado On-Snow Demo

It’s become something of a tradition. While the rest of New England waits patiently for snow, we will be up at Jay Peak making some of the first turns of the season. Jay never fails to deliver an early opening, great snow, and few crowds in early December, so be sure not to miss this event!
Smugglers’ Notch // Nevado On-Snow Demo

Smugglers Notch has the perfect location and perfect atmosphere for an early-season demo, which is why we have been coming here year after year. The lack of crowds makes this a great time for families and new skiers to get out and enjoy the snow (which is usually plentiful at Smuggs.) We will be setting up and sending out equipment for skiers and riders of all ages and ability levels, so be sure to stop by the demo!
Burke Mountain // Nevado On-Snow Demo – JAG Event

Every year Burke Mountain hosts a Nevado-JAG community day event that fits right in with our lifestyle. While the demo event goes on JAG students job shadow Nevado employees and take a tour of the facility with the mountain’s marketing director. Students get a first-hand look at all the job opportunities that ski areas provide and gain knowledge about how Burke is renewing their energy through wind power. This event operates like any other demo event and is our way of giving back to the community and investing in our youth…It’s a WIN WIN situation for everybody.

Burke Mountain is happy to announce its NEW high-speed quad that gives you a 6 minute smooth ride to the summit. While testing our demo gear enjoy the 260 acres of awesome trails and powder friendly glades. Burke has also added a new wind-turbine that supplies 15-20% of the mountain’s energy needs which shows their commitment to renewable energy. Burke is the home of “True North” so come check out our demo trailer, full of gear, all FREE to try.
